Extension and creation of 12 individual rooms and a 12 to 14-place activity centre offering individualized care
Characteristics of the operation
Partial restructuring and extension of a not for profit nursing home, which will consist in:
- Creating 12 individual rooms of 21 m² each (to replace the double rooms or rooms that are too small)
- Re-equipping the living spaces in the special dementia unit where 9 clients with dementia are cared for
- Creating an activity centre offering individualized care for 12 to 14 elderly persons with moderate behavioural disorders
Tasks performed by Gerontim: provisional preliminary studies
- Architectural feasibility study for the project
- Various localization scenarios
- Overall costing of the operation
- Phasing of the work on an occupied site
- Project specifications and architectural design for each phase of the work
