Characteristics of the operation

General restructuring of a residence for independent living comprising 69 places (60 permanent, 9 temporary) in a “landscaped city location” with:

  • Studio apartments of 28 m², most with loggia; 3 two main-roomed flats for couples
  • 9 furnished attic-level rooms (4th floor) used for temporary accommodation
  • Common areas and logistic rooms (to maintain a community atmosphere and provide services)

Project undertaken in 2 phases:

  • Initial “test” phase involving the drafting of a general diagnosis of the existing structure (technical and regulatory) and the refurbishment of 6 standard dwellings (6 studio apartments)
  • 2nd phase involving the overall renovation of the residence for independent living
