Characteristics of the operation
Complete reconstruction, on the existing site, of a public nursing home comprising 86 long-term beds and 14 places for repeat visits subdivided into:
- 4 groups of conventional living units and an activity centre offering individualized care intended for the clients
- 2 Dementia care units
- 4 temporary dwellings, 2 Dementia’s night-care and 8 day-care places
Rooms measuring 25 m2, all individual.
In addition, creation of an elderly persons’ centre with medical and community centre and shared services, as well as a centre used by clubs with a health centre and child-minding service.
