Construction of a 15-place Dementia care unit
Characteristics of the operation
Extension to a private nursing home in order to construct a 15-place unit suitable for persons with Dementia, comprising:
- 13 individual rooms of 21 m² each
- 2 day-care places
- Activity and living spaces: catering, living rooms, wellness space, activity areas, balneotherapy room and a therapeutic garden
- Logistic rooms that contribute to the smooth functioning of the unit
In addition, refurbishment of areas that serve the entire facility: multifunction space, dining room, lift, garages
