-PMP<\/strong> \u00e0 169 et <strong>Gir Moyen Pond\u00e9r\u00e9 -GMP<\/strong> \u00e0 773), trois profils de r\u00e9sidents r\u00e9partis sur trois sites et accompagn\u00e9s par trois \u00e9quipes diff\u00e9rentes ; la logique financi\u00e8re et organisationnelle de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement est arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 bout de souffle.<\/p><p>A l\u2019aune du renouvellement de son <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/prestations\/cpom-contrat-pluriannuel-objectifs-moyens\/\">CPOM<\/a> , la directrice doit urgemment revoir ses indicateurs, notamment le GMP et le auquel j\u2019ai associ\u00e9 environ 15 personnes, a produit une v\u00e9ritable prise de conscience chez ces professionnels. Ils se sont rendus compte qu\u2019ils avaient les cl\u00e9s en main pour mieux <strong>coter les profils des r\u00e9sidents<\/strong>, qu\u2019ils \u00e9taient de v\u00e9ritables acteurs et vecteurs de l\u2019\u00e9valuation pathos, afin de fournir les bonnes informations au m\u00e9decin coordonnateur.<\/p><p>Au-del\u00e0 d\u2019\u00eatre formateur, c\u2019est aussi extr\u00eamement f\u00e9d\u00e9rateur pour les \u00e9quipes car cela montre tout ce que nous faisons de bien dans nos accompagnements. Avant l\u2019accompagnement Gerontim nous \u00e9tions \u00e0 169, cela repr\u00e9sente un gain de 450.000 euros sur le soin !<\/p><p>L\u2019effet a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 positif sur notre fa\u00e7on d\u2019\u00e9valuer le profil des r\u00e9sidents. L\u2019indicateur GMP est pass\u00e9 de 773 \u00e0 812.
