la mise en oeuvre du PAI des ESMS pour personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es<\/a>, le nouveau Plan d\u2019Aide \u00e0 l\u2019Investissement (PAI) consacre 1,5 Md\u20ac sur 5 ans \u00e0 la modernisation de l\u2019offre d\u2019h\u00e9bergement des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-baf7bc4 elementor-section-stretched actu-texte elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default d\u00e8s 2021, dont 300 M\u20ac pour les <strong>op\u00e9rations immobili\u00e8res des EHPAD<\/strong> (contre pr\u00e8s de 80M\u20ac en moyenne ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es).<\/p><p>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une belle enveloppe, qui plus est pluriannuelle, clairement destin\u00e9e \u00e0 financer des travaux importants de transformation voire de <strong>reconstruction et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/prestations\/projets-architecturaux\/\">construction d\u2019\u00e9tablissements m\u00e9dicosociaux<\/a><\/strong>, notamment d\u2019EHPAD.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section architectural<\/strong>, des \u00e9tudes pr\u00e9alables seront n\u00e9cessaires pour trouver des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de r\u00e9ponse correspondant aux diff\u00e9rents axes de fond du PAI 2021.<\/p><p>Parmi les <strong>financements du PAI<\/strong>, il vous est d\u2019ailleurs possible de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une enveloppe de 40.000\u20ac pour ces \u00e9tudes pr\u00e9alables n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la programmation technique des op\u00e9rations d\u2019investissement, pour justement bien d\u00e9terminer votre projet suivant les crit\u00e8res du PAI.<\/p><p>Fort de sa 2025.<\/p><p>Il est \u00e9galement possible de d\u00e9poser une demande de \u00ab PAI travaux \u00bb sur la base d\u2019un programme technique valid\u00e9, mais alors il sera sans doute tr\u00e8s difficile de commencer les <strong>travaux<\/strong> l\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante comme le pr\u00e9cise les textes.
