d\u2019accompagner la R\u00e9sidence Le Clos du Moulin (44) dans l\u2019\u00e9laboration de son <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/prestations\/cpom-contrat-pluriannuel-objectifs-moyens\/\">CPOM<\/a>. Cette objectivation du travail nous a fait voir le bon travail r\u00e9alis\u00e9 ici et nous a permis d\u2019\u00eatre beaucoup plus \u00e0 l\u2019aise en termes d\u2019attentes et de demandes face \u00e0 l\u2019ARS.\u00a0Nous avons obtenu le soutien de nos partenaires et financeurs qui ont valid\u00e9 notre CPOM en l\u2019\u00e9tat et, s\u2019agissant de l\u2019ARS, nous a \u00e9galement f\u00e9licit\u00e9 du travail que nous r\u00e9alisons compte-tenu du manque \u00e9vident de moyens\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019<strong>accompagnement<\/strong> de Gerontim a ainsi permis \u00e0 l\u2019<strong>EHPAD<\/strong> de\u00a0:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Valoriser ses atouts dans le diagnostic et d\u00e9duire les bons objectifs du <strong>CPOM<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e9terminer des orientations prioritaires qui satisfassent les int\u00e9r\u00eats de fond, la satisfaction des attendus de politique publiques et la recherche de financements compl\u00e9mentaires<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e9finir l\u2019argumentation des orientations quinquennales d&rsquo;ordre strat\u00e9gique et op\u00e9rationnel, en prolongement ou en rupture avec les positionnements actuels<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Formaliser une synth\u00e8se permettant de comprendre la coh\u00e9rence de l&rsquo;ensemble des objectifs, leur programmation, leur faisabilit\u00e9 technique et leur financement<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une prestation donc r\u00e9ussie qui, comme l\u2019explique la directrice Isabelle BONRAISIN, \u00ab sort largement de la simple r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un dossier. Au-del\u00e0 de la technicit\u00e9 et de l\u2019expertise dont a fait preuve le consultant, ce que j\u2019ai appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 c\u2019est ce cousu main. Mon interlocuteur a vraiment personnalis\u00e9 cet accompagnement, m\u00eame si la base est la m\u00eame pour tout le monde. La construction de notre CPOM s\u2019est faite par rapport \u00e0 mes attentes. Mon interlocuteur m\u2019a permis d\u2019aller chercher au plus profond de moi une posture dans le m\u00e9tier de directeur qui m\u2019a plu \u00e9norm\u00e9ment.\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section et dans une r\u00e9flexion parall\u00e8le d\u00e9j\u00e0 en cours sur l\u2019accompagnement des \u00e9quipes, l\u2019\u00e9change avec l\u2019expert Gerontim a donc permis \u00e0 cet \u00e9tablissement, comme l\u2019explique sa directrice, \u00ab\u00a0d\u2019acter la possibilit\u00e9 de changer la structure m\u00eame de l\u2019organisation pour se mettre au service des acteurs de terrain et les amener \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, dans les meilleures conditions, leurs propres missions.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div Gerontim permet concr\u00e8tement de voir comment, en allant sur toutes ces questions, ne pas perdre ce que nous sommes, notre vision de l\u2019accompagnement.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le projet, \u00e9galement soutenu par l\u2019ARS, comprend notamment l\u2019octroi d\u2019un 13<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> mois au personnel ainsi qu\u2019une revalorisation des salaires, au-del\u00e0 de ce que pr\u00e9voit la convention.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le projet est encore en cours de d\u00e9veloppement mais porte d\u00e9j\u00e0 ses fruits puisque, comme le souligne la directrice, \u00ab on commence \u00e0 nouveau \u00e0 avoir des aides-soignantes qui veulent venir
