En effet comment mettre les \u00e9quipes dans une dynamique de projet si le <\/span>cap<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> n\u2019est pas <\/span>fix\u00e9 <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(place du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/prestations\/projet-etablissement-ou-service\/\">projet d\u2019\u00e9tablissement-service<\/a>), que les <\/span>r\u00f4les et les missions de chacun<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ne sont pas suffisamment explicites, que les <\/span>r\u00e8gles de <strong>fonctionnement<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ne sont pas formalis\u00e9es et connues de tous\u00a0?<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cela demande \u00e9galement que les managers d\u00e9veloppent un <\/span>leadership \u00ab\u00a0transformatif\u00a0\u00bb<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> qui se caract\u00e9rise par\u00a0la capacit\u00e9 :<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de susciter et maintenir l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des membres de l\u2019organisation au regard des changements \u00e0 op\u00e9rer<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d\u2019\u00eatre en mesure de communiquer sa vision et sa compr\u00e9hension des choses et de la rendre signifiante aupr\u00e8s de son personnel<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de faire preuve de confiance, de soutien, de fiabilit\u00e9 et de constance dans ses rapports avec son personnel\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d\u2019\u00eatre attentif \u00e0 soi -m\u00eame,\u00a0 ses forces et faiblesses, faire preuve d\u2019exemplarit\u00e9 (appliquer les r\u00e8gles qu\u2019il demande aux autres, aller sur le terrain pour comprendre\u2026)<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019est aussi pouvoir <\/span>se d\u00e9tacher des exp\u00e9riences pass\u00e9es<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ce qui ne veut pas dire qu\u2019il faut faire fi du contexte et de l\u2019historique de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement ou du service. En effet lorsque l\u2019on s\u2019inscrit dans le besoin de r\u00e9aliser un audit organisationnel, il est n\u00e9cessaire de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir au plan de communication adapt\u00e9 en amont de celui-ci, pendant la r\u00e9alisation de l\u2019audit et dans sa phase terminale pour en communiquer ses conclusions.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e9finir les publics cibles de la communication \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, les contenus des messages, les moyens et supports appropri\u00e9s\u2026 soit consid\u00e9rer la communication comme une <\/span>action \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dans une d\u00e9marche de conduite de changement.
