Nous avions \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement satisfaits de l\u2019intervenante et des axes de travail d\u00e9finis ensemble en 2020. Cela nous a permis de finaliser un accompagnement dans la continuit\u00e9 de celui de 2020. \u00bb<\/em><\/p><p>Cette compr\u00e9hension des enjeux de l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement a permis de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/articles\/experts\/preparation-projet-etablissement-service\/\"><strong>structurer un projet coh\u00e9rent<\/strong><\/a>, articul\u00e9 autour de<strong> cinq grandes orientations strat\u00e9giques <\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>le <strong>projet architectural<\/strong>,<\/li><li>le <strong>projet de soin et d\u2019accompagnement<\/strong>,<\/li><li>le <strong>projet d\u2019accueil de jour<\/strong>,<\/li><li>le <strong>projet de vie sociale<\/strong> et l\u2019approche domiciliaire,<\/li><li>le <strong>projet RH et qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><p>Parmi ces diff\u00e9rents axes, le <a style=\"font-size: 16px; background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/prestations\/projets-architecturaux\/\"><strong>projet architectural<\/strong><\/a><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> a rapidement occup\u00e9 une place centrale. Toutefois, l\u2019inflation est venue bouleverser le projet initial, contraignant l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement \u00e0 adapter l\u2019ampleur du projet afin de maintenir les transformations les plus structurantes pour les habitants et les professionnels.<\/p><p>C&rsquo;est pourquoi l\u2019objectif \u00e9tait donc d\u2019inscrire cette \u00e9volution dans le nouveau projet d\u2019\u00e9tablissement 2026-2030 de l\u2019EHPAD l\u2019Oustal d\u2019en Thibaud. Ce contexte renfor\u00e7ait la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00eatre accompagn\u00e9 par un cabinet capable de <b>comprendre les enjeux propres \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tablissement<\/b>.<\/p><p><em>\u00ab Le montage \u00e9tait complexe pour d\u00e9finir la commande, mais c\u2019est l\u00e0 la force de Gerontim. Cette d\u00e9marche prend \u00e9galement en compte les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/articles\/experts\/audit-organisationnel-outil-conduite-changement\/\"><strong>impacts organisationnels<\/strong><\/a><strong> li\u00e9s \u00e0 la transformation des locaux<\/strong>, afin de pr\u00e9parer les professionnels aux nouveaux modes de fonctionnement de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement.<\/p><p>Au-del\u00e0 de la simple r\u00e9novation de certains locaux, il s\u2019agit ici de repenser l\u2019organisation des espaces pour r\u00e9pondre aux \u00e9volutions des besoins des habitants et des professionnels. Le projet architectural, dont la fin est pr\u00e9vue en 2030, vise notamment \u00e0 cr\u00e9er de nouveaux espaces collectifs et des chambres individuelles pour les r\u00e9sidents\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">actuellement<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">\u00a0accueillis en chambre double. 900 m\u00b2 de surfaces suppl\u00e9mentaires sont pr\u00e9vus, sans augmentation de la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019accueil.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00c0 travers ces \u00e9volutions, l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement souhaite <strong>anticiper les besoins li\u00e9s au vieillissement de la population et \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des profils des habitants<\/strong>.
