l\u2019EHPAD Bon Accueil \u00e0 Lagnieu (01), a fait appel \u00e0 Gerontim pour l\u2019accompagner dans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/prestations\/projet-etablissement-ou-service\/\">l\u2019\u00e9laboration de son projet d\u2019\u00e9tablissement<\/a>. L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait de produire un outil pour les \u00e9quipes et non un simple support administratif.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un second temps, \u00e0 l\u2019approche de <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.has-sante.fr\/jcms\/p_3324490\/fr\/evaluation-des-essms-referentiel-et-manuel\">l\u2019\u00e9valuation HAS<\/a> de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement, la directrice a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de poursuivre l\u2019accompagnement afin de r\u00e9aliser un <strong data-start=\"1528\" data-end=\"1565\">avenant au projet d\u2019\u00e9tablissement<\/strong>, ax\u00e9 sur la <strong data-start=\"1578\" data-end=\"1647\">pr\u00e9vention de la maltraitance et la promotion de la bientraitance<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-d8a0ae3 elementor-section-stretched actu-texte elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"d8a0ae3\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;stretch_section&quot;:&quot;section-stretched&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-3e3cbc6\" data-id=\"3e3cbc6\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-710142e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"710142e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Formaliser le plan de pr\u00e9vention des risques de maltraitance<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-30ebd3b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"30ebd3b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait double : formaliser la politique de bientraitance de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement mais aussi produire un <strong data-start=\"1750\" data-end=\"1822\">plan de pr\u00e9vention des risques de maltraitance <\/strong><strong>concret et applicable<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"1827\" data-end=\"2053\"><em>\u00ab L\u2019avenant \u00e9tait surtout l\u00e0 pour acter notre <strong>politique de bientraitance<\/strong> et bien marquer le coup. Ce n\u2019est pas seulement dire que l\u2019on y est attentif, mais pouvoir le formaliser et le diffuser largement. \u00bb<\/em><\/p><p data-start=\"2055\" data-end=\"2226\">En outre, cet avenant permet \u00e9galement d\u2019int\u00e9grer les \u00e9volutions de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement, notamment le PASA qui a ouvert en 2025, tout en renfor\u00e7ant la coh\u00e9rence de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/articles\/experts\/ameliorer-demarche-qualite-en-ehpad\/\">d\u00e9marche qualit\u00e9<\/a>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-507a9ec elementor-section-stretched actu-texte elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"507a9ec\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;stretch_section&quot;:&quot;section-stretched&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-d76a938\" data-id=\"d76a938\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6c3a900 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6c3a900\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Une cartographie des risques construite avec les \u00e9quipes<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f4115e1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f4115e1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le c\u0153ur du travail a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong data-start=\"2326\" data-end=\"2401\">co-construire un livret \u201cBientraitance et lutte contre la maltraitance\u201d<\/strong> avec les \u00e9quipes.<\/p><p data-start=\"2517\" data-end=\"2788\"><em>\u00ab Nous avons travaill\u00e9 en \u00e9quipe pluridisciplinaire pour partager une d\u00e9finition commune de la bientraitance et sensibiliser chacun aux risques de maltraitance. Le livret apporte des rep\u00e8res concrets pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 nos pratiques professionnelles. \u00bb<\/em><\/p><p data-start=\"2790\" data-end=\"2988\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette d\u00e9marche, l\u2019\u00e9tablissement a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 dresser une <strong data-start=\"2829\" data-end=\"2881\">cartographie pr\u00e9cise des risques de maltraitance<\/strong>, directement ancr\u00e9e dans les pratiques quotidiennes et facilement mobilisable par tous les professionnels.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-f9013dd elementor-section-stretched actu-texte elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"f9013dd\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;stretch_section&quot;:&quot;section-stretched&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-74e5800\" data-id=\"74e5800\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2e98689 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2e98689\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Un livret bientraitance pour sensibiliser professionnels et familles <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fc46f86 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fc46f86\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>De plus, l\u2019accompagnement a permis de mobiliser les \u00e9quipes et de structurer la d\u00e9marche qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019EHPAD. Dans une petite structure, ces temps collectifs sont essentiels pour impliquer tous les professionnels.<\/p><p data-start=\"3287\" data-end=\"3473\"><em>\u00ab Ce type de d\u00e9marche permet aussi d\u2019embarquer les \u00e9quipes. On prend un temps collectif pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir ensemble et, surtout, on aboutit \u00e0 quelque chose de concret. \u00bb<\/em><\/p><p data-start=\"3475\" data-end=\"3697\">Le livret et la cartographie servent d\u00e9sormais <strong>d\u2019outil concret pour les agents<\/strong>, mais \u00e9galement pour la <strong data-start=\"3578\" data-end=\"3613\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/prestations\/preparation-evaluation-has-esms\/https:\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/prestations\/preparation-evaluation-has-esms\/\">pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation HAS<\/a><\/strong>. La d\u00e9finition et le d\u00e9ploiement d\u2019un plan de pr\u00e9vention des risques de maltraitance et de violence \u00e9tant l\u2019un des <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/articles\/experts\/reussir-son-evaluation-medico-sociale\/\">crit\u00e8res imp\u00e9ratifs du r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel de la HAS<\/a><\/strong>, les livrables apportent ainsi des preuves de la d\u00e9marche engag\u00e9e. Aujourd\u2019hui, le livret est diffus\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois aupr\u00e8s des professionnels et des familles, contribuant \u00e0 renforcer la <strong>culture de la bientraitance<\/strong> au sein de l\u2019EHPAD.<\/p><p>Pour finir, Marie-Pierre Daras conclut : <em>\u00ab La consultante a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute et a su animer le groupe de travail, m\u00eame avec des agents peu familiers de ce type de d\u00e9marche. Je suis particuli\u00e8rement satisfaite du r\u00e9sultat final. Si je devais rechercher un cabinet pour ce type d\u2019accompagnement, je referais le m\u00eame choix sans h\u00e9siter.
