contr\u00f4le sur pi\u00e8ces de l\u2019ARS, Gilbert Douheret, Directeur de <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ehpad-champrouge.fr\/\">l\u2019EHPAD de Champrouge \u00e0 Mazille<\/a> (71), a fait appel \u00e0 Gerontim pour l\u2019accompagner dans le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/prestations\/projet-etablissement-ou-service\/\">renouvellement de son projet d\u2019\u00e9tablissement<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><p>Le document pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent arrivait \u00e0 terme et ne r\u00e9pondait plus ni aux exigences r\u00e9glementaires actuelles, ni aux besoins de structuration de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement. C\u2019est un travail lourd et complexe pour le personnel. Une fois les attentes clarifi\u00e9es, la consultante Gerontim a travaill\u00e9 \u00e9troitement avec l\u2019\u00e9quipe de direction, le m\u00e9decin coordonnateur, et la personne en charge de la d\u00e9marche qualit\u00e9.<\/p><p>Des groupes de travail ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 constitu\u00e9s et anim\u00e9s, avec une m\u00e9thodologie concise, constructive et efficace.
