data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas la premi\u00e8re fois que l\u2019\u00e9tablissement faisait appel \u00e0 Gerontim :<\/p><p><em>\u00ab Nous avions d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 accompagn\u00e9s dans le cadre d\u2019un <strong>audit du circuit du m\u00e9dicament<\/strong>, en 2023. \u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9poque, on ne savait pas que <strong>l\u2019\u00e9valuation HAS <\/strong>allait arriver, mais cet accompagnement a compt\u00e9, car <strong>la s\u00e9curisation du circuit du m\u00e9dicament est un crit\u00e8re imp\u00e9ratif<\/strong>. \u00bb<\/em><\/p><p>Lorsque <strong>l\u2019\u00e9valuation de la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019ESMS<\/strong> est devenue une priorit\u00e9, V\u00e9ronique Poilleux a souhait\u00e9 structurer une v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9marche \u00e9valuation HAS, avec l\u2019aide d\u2019un cabinet expert. Ne connaissant pas le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/articles\/experts\/reussir-son-evaluation-medico-sociale\/\">nouveau r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel de la HAS<\/a><\/strong>, l\u2019EHPAD avait besoin d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir les connaissances pour pouvoir la pr\u00e9parer au mieux.<\/p><p>Ainsi, l\u2019accompagnement a permis de rendre concret un sujet complexe : <em>\u00ab C\u2019est dense, oui, mais les exemples et les mises en situation nous ont vraiment aid\u00e9s \u00e0 nous approprier les exigences. La consultante avait une vraie connaissance du terrain, c\u2019\u00e9tait pr\u00e9cieux. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-507a9ec elementor-section-stretched actu-texte elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"507a9ec\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;stretch_section&quot;:&quot;section-stretched&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-d76a938\" data-id=\"d76a938\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6c3a900 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6c3a900\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Des impacts concrets dans l'organisation et le quotidien<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f4115e1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f4115e1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Tout au long de cette d\u00e9marche d\u2019\u00e9valuation HAS, des \u00e9volutions concr\u00e8tes ont vu le jour :<\/p><ul><li>Am\u00e9lioration des affichages,<\/li><li>Renforcement de la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 dans le logiciel de soins,<\/li><li>Comptes rendus plus clairs des r\u00e9unions CVS,<\/li><li>Et surtout une communication plus formalis\u00e9e.<\/li><\/ul><p><em>\u00ab Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019accompagnement Gerontim, on a mis en place un <strong>Plan d\u2019Action Qualit\u00e9<\/strong> tr\u00e8s exhaustif, et cela a <strong>am\u00e9lior\u00e9 nos pratiques au quotidien<\/strong>. \u00bb<\/em><\/p><p>L\u2019implication des \u00e9quipes a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 un point fort : <em>\u00ab Elles ont m\u00eame particip\u00e9 \u00e0 une <strong>\u00e9valuation \u00e0 blanc<\/strong> sur certains th\u00e8mes. Cela leur a permis de mieux comprendre les <strong>enjeux et les attentes des \u00e9valuateurs<\/strong>. Surtout, elles ont compris qu\u2019il fallait pouvoir prouver ce qu\u2019on affirme. \u00bb<\/em><\/p><p>Malgr\u00e9 un effectif cadre r\u00e9duit (absence de psychologue\u00a0et de m\u00e9decin coordonnateur), l\u2019\u00e9tablissement a pu mener sa <strong>d\u00e9marche \u00e9valuation HAS<\/strong> de mani\u00e8re rigoureuse et efficace.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-f9013dd elementor-section-stretched actu-texte elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"f9013dd\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;stretch_section&quot;:&quot;section-stretched&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-74e5800\" data-id=\"74e5800\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2e98689 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2e98689\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Une \u00e9valuation r\u00e9ussie... et une \u00e9toile \u00e0 la cl\u00e9<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fc46f86 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fc46f86\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>L\u2019\u00e9valuation HAS<\/strong> s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e en mai 2025, avec des r\u00e9sultats tr\u00e8s satisfaisants, notamment sur les <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/articles\/experts\/reussir-son-evaluation-medico-sociale\/\">crit\u00e8res imp\u00e9ratifs<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><p>V\u00e9ronique Poilleux t\u00e9moigne m\u00eame\u00a0: <em>\u00ab Nous sommes soulag\u00e9s et tr\u00e8s fiers d\u2019avoir r\u00e9ussi cette \u00e9valuation. \u00bb<\/em><\/p><p>Un point fort a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement valoris\u00e9 : le bistrot de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement, qui permet d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/articles\/actus\/plan-aide-investissement-pai-2022-2023\/\">apporter une ouverture de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement sur l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur<\/a>. <em>\u00ab C\u2019est un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/articles\/experts\/ehpad-lieu-de-vie-par-nature\/\">lieu de lien social<\/a>, avec d\u2019\u00e9normes bienfaits th\u00e9rapeutiques pour les r\u00e9sidents. La consultante nous a incit\u00e9s \u00e0 bien mettre en avant cet atout. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce conseil, nous avons obtenu une \u00e9toile. Sans ce regard ext\u00e9rieur, on en aurait parl\u00e9, mais pas de mani\u00e8re aussi construite. \u00bb<\/em><\/p><p>Pour conclure :<br \/><em>\u00ab Si je devais r\u00e9sumer notre exp\u00e9rience avec Gerontim : indispensable. On a eu une tr\u00e8s bonne \u00e9valuation, et on le doit en partie \u00e0 l\u2019accompagnement\u2026 et bien s\u00fbr aux \u00e9quipes.
