href=\"https:\/\/fnaqpa.fr\/fr\/espace-documentaire\/circulaires-et-instructions\/1063-instruction-du-1er-juillet-2025-relative-a-la-mise-en-oeuvre-du-plan-d-aide-a-l-investissement-des-etablissements-et-services-pour-personnes-agees-pour-2025\/file\">nouvelle instruction publi\u00e9e le 9 juillet 2025<\/a> vient d\u00e9finir les modalit\u00e9s du <strong>Plan d\u2019aide \u00e0 l\u2019investissement (PAI)<\/strong> <strong>pour les \u00e9tablissements et services m\u00e9dico-sociaux accueillant des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es<\/strong>. Ce nouveau plan d\u2019aide \u00e0 l\u2019investissement mobilise 83 millions d\u2019euros pour la p\u00e9riode 2025-2027.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-1e2b59f elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"1e2b59f\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-fb139de\" data-id=\"fb139de\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c5ba3e9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c5ba3e9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Une suite logique au S\u00e9gur, dans une ann\u00e9e charni\u00e8re<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-db6f174 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"db6f174\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ce PAI s\u2019inscrit dans la <strong>continuit\u00e9 du S\u00e9gur de la sant\u00e9<\/strong>, dont les cr\u00e9dits sp\u00e9cifiques s\u2019ach\u00e8vent en 2025 apr\u00e8s avoir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/articles\/actus\/plan-aide-investissement-pai-2021\/\">financ\u00e9 1,5 milliard d\u2019euros d\u2019investissements depuis 2021<\/a>. L\u2019ann\u00e9e en cours marque donc un tournant : les financements se poursuivent, mais avec de nouveaux objectifs et un recentrage sur les projets \u00e0 fort impact local.<\/p><p>Ainsi, les priorit\u00e9s de ce Plan d\u2019Aide \u00e0 l\u2019Investissement 2025 sont :<\/p><ul><li><strong>Finaliser les projets en cours<\/strong> engag\u00e9s dans le cadre du S\u00e9gur mais non achev\u00e9s,<\/li><li>Soutenir des projets r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 des<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/prestations\/etude-besoins-opportunites\/\">besoins identifi\u00e9s au niveau territorial<\/a><\/strong>,<\/li><li>Encourager des <strong>approches innovantes<\/strong>, en phase avec la transition d\u00e9mographique et les nouveaux mod\u00e8les d\u2019accueil.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-7384558 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"7384558\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-ff7a5fa\" data-id=\"ff7a5fa\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-300a62d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"300a62d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Une approche orient\u00e9e usagers et territoire<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f576cba elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f576cba\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les projets d\u00e9pos\u00e9s seront s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s par les ARS selon plusieurs crit\u00e8res, incluant :<\/p><ul><li>Une <strong>transformation qualitative de l\u2019offre<\/strong>, tout en respectant les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/articles\/actus\/plan-aide-investissement-pai-2022-2023\/\">5 piliers d\u00e9finis par le S\u00e9gur<\/a>,<\/li><li>Une meilleure <strong>ouverture des \u00e9tablissements vers l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur<\/strong>,<\/li><li>La viabilit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique et la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/prestations\/projets-architecturaux\/\">qualit\u00e9 architecturale<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul><p>D&rsquo;autre part, une attention particuli\u00e8re est port\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration d\u2019une <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/articles\/experts\/assistance-maitrise-usage-en-ehpad\/\">assistance \u00e0 ma\u00eetrise d\u2019usage (AMU)<\/a><\/strong>, permettant <strong>d\u2019impliquer activement les r\u00e9sidents, les familles et les professionnels dans la d\u00e9finition des projets<\/strong>. Cette approche est de plus en plus valoris\u00e9e dans les appels \u00e0 projets. Elle garantit notamment des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/articles\/experts\/ehpad-lieu-de-vie-avantages\/\"><strong>r\u00e9alisations mieux adapt\u00e9es aux usages et aux attentes<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/fnaqpa.fr\/fr\/espace-documentaire\/circulaires-et-instructions\/1064-instruction-du-1er-juillet-2025-fonds-de-lutte-contre-la-sinistralite\/file\">seconde instruction du 1er juillet 2025 relative au fonds de lutte contre la sinistralit\u00e9<\/a>, pr\u00e9cise les conditions dans lesquelles les \u00e9tablissements pour personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es pourront \u00eatre <strong>\u00e9ligibles \u00e0 ces financements compl\u00e9mentaires<\/strong>.<\/p><p>L\u2019objectif affich\u00e9 de cette allocation compl\u00e9mentaire : r\u00e9duire les accidents du travail en co-finan\u00e7ant des \u00e9quipements co\u00fbteux pour les \u00e9tablissements, avec une enveloppe de 14,5 M\u20ac.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
