d\u2019\u00e9tablissement inter-ehpad, Gerontim a \u00e9t\u00e9 sollicit\u00e9 pour d\u00e9terminer les conditions r\u00e9elles de transformation des <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ehpad-ardennes.fr\/\">deux structures des Ardennes<\/a>. Une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/prestations\/etude-faisabilite-architecturale\/\"><strong>\u00e9tude de faisabilit\u00e9 architecturale <\/strong><\/a>et financi\u00e8re a alors \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e, pour donner corps au projet et le traduire en hypoth\u00e8ses ?<\/li><li>Quel est l\u2019<b>impact financier <\/b>des diff\u00e9rentes hypoth\u00e8ses ?<\/li><li>Quel <b>planning <\/b>est envisageable pour une mise en \u0153uvre r\u00e9aliste ?<\/li><\/ul><p><em>\u00ab\u00a0\u00c0 la suite de l\u2019approbation du <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/prestations\/projet-etablissement-ou-service\/\"><em>projet d\u2019\u00e9tablissement<\/em><\/a><em> et pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la question de l\u2019<b>\u00e9volution n\u00e9cessaire du b\u00e2timent <\/b>soulev\u00e9e lors de <\/em><a financeurs publics (ARS et D\u00e9partement) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 consult\u00e9s et impliqu\u00e9s, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019un <b>accord de principe <\/b>sur la base des rendus fournis.<\/p><p><em>\u00ab J\u2019ai assist\u00e9 aux restitutions des travaux de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de Gerontim. La <b>qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9tude territoriale et socio-d\u00e9mographique<\/b>, le soin port\u00e9 au <b>recueil des avis des professionnels et des familles<\/b>, et la <b>clart\u00e9 du propos lors de la restitution de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments diagnostics <\/b>m\u2019ont permis d\u2019appr\u00e9cier les tenants et les aboutissants de ce dossier complexe. Les solutions propos\u00e9es avec l\u2019\u00e9tude de faisabilit\u00e9 architecturale et financi\u00e8re ont \u00e9galement permis d\u2019\u00e9tudier dans les meilleures conditions les diff\u00e9rentes hypoth\u00e8ses de travail.
