solide, Gerontim a poursuivi son accompagnement en construisant, avec les acteurs de terrain, un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/prestations\/projet-etablissement-ou-service\/\"><strong>projet d\u2019\u00e9tablissement<\/strong><\/a> inter-ehpad pour les <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ehpad-ardennes.fr\/\">\u00e9tablissements de Ch\u00e2teau Porcien et Saint Germainmont<\/a> (08).<\/p><p>Cette phase de co-construction repose sur une <strong>d\u00e9marche participative<\/strong> impliquant r\u00e9sidents, familles, professionnels, autorit\u00e9s de tutelle et \u00e9lus locaux.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section \u00e9labor\u00e9 un <b>projet d\u2019\u00e9tablissement inter-ehpad<\/b>, d\u00e9taillant de fa\u00e7on op\u00e9rationnelle toutes les orientations et pr\u00e9conisations de l\u2019\u00e9tude <b>qualit\u00e9 <\/b>des \u00e9changes et la posture des intervenants de Gerontim.<\/p><p><em>\u00ab Leurs conseils et leur niveau d\u2019expertise ont permis d\u2019\u00e9largir notre r\u00e9flexion jusqu\u2019\u00e0 aboutir \u00e0 une \u00e9tude architecturale et financi\u00e8re claire. Les profils des intervenants propos\u00e9s par Gerontim ont permis de travailler en confiance tant avec les agents que les diff\u00e9rents partenaires (\u00e9lus, autorit\u00e9s de tarification\u2026) qui ont pu r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement gr\u00e2ce aux points d\u2019\u00e9tapes r\u00e9alis\u00e9s, s\u2019approprier ce projet.
