HAS<\/a><\/strong>, l\u2019\u00e9tablissement a fait appel \u00e0 Gerontim pour un accompagnement sur-mesure. L\u2019\u00e9tablissement disposait d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u2019un COPIL qualit\u00e9 et d\u2019une qualiticienne en interne, mais souhaitait un regard ext\u00e9rieur, structur\u00e9, et surtout, \u00e9clair\u00e9.<\/p><p>L\u2019intervention de l\u2019expert Gerontim s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e en plusieurs \u00e9tapes, <strong>calqu\u00e9es sur le d\u00e9roul\u00e9 d\u2019une v\u00e9ritable \u00e9valuation<\/strong>. Apr\u00e8s une premi\u00e8re prise de contact, une premi\u00e8re visite a permis d\u2019engager un <strong>diagnostic complet<\/strong> : entretiens avec les \u00e9quipes, les r\u00e9sidents, audit de la gouvernance, observation sur site\u2026<\/p><p><em>\u00ab\u00a0La consultante a men\u00e9 une vraie <strong>\u00e9valuation \u00e0 blanc<\/strong>, tr\u00e8s compl\u00e8te. Ensuite, elle est revenue peu avant l\u2019\u00e9valuation pour ajuster les derniers points et v\u00e9rifier la mise en \u0153uvre des recommandations.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p><p>L\u2019\u00e9tablissement a pu b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de documents, de supports et surtout d\u2019un <strong>plan d\u2019action clair et d\u00e9taill\u00e9<\/strong>, adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 son niveau d\u2019avancement. Mais c\u2019est le r\u00e9sident qu\u2019il faut \u00e9couter en priorit\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p><p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cet accompagnement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation HAS, <strong>les \u00e9quipes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 v\u00e9ritablement mobilis\u00e9es<\/strong>.
