Les groupes s\u2019organisent et commencent \u00e0 proposer des dispositifs RH int\u00e9ressants : VAE, formations longues, passerelles\u2026 m\u00eame le gouvernement s\u2019empare du sujet en lan\u00e7ant une campagne de communication et une plateforme de recrutement.<br \/>Car la mont\u00e9e en comp\u00e9tences, la <strong>progression des professionnels<\/strong> vers de nouvelles fonctions, voire de nouveaux m\u00e9tiers, est sans aucun doute une des clefs pour attirer et susciter le <strong>d\u00e9sir de travailler aupr\u00e8s de personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Et si de ces nouvelles pratiques, de ces nouveaux apprentissages \u00e9mergeaient de <strong>nouveaux mod\u00e8les<\/strong> ? La diversification des comp\u00e9tences permettrait-elle d\u2019<strong>am\u00e9liorer le quotidien des professionnels<\/strong> et de limiter le travail en silo ? Favoriserait-elle ainsi la <strong>cr\u00e9ation de liens de qualit\u00e9<\/strong> valorisant de fait l\u2019ensemble des acteurs, professionnels comme habitants\/r\u00e9sidents des \u00e9tablissements ?
