accueillant 62 r\u00e9sidents, n&rsquo;est plus adapt\u00e9 aux enjeux cruciaux de l\u2019accompagnement des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es en perte d\u2019autonomie.<\/p><p>C\u2019est pourquoi la <strong>restructuration-extension <\/strong><strong>de l\u2019EHPAD<\/strong> est envisag\u00e9e afin de :<\/p><ul><li>R\u00e9pondre aux besoins locaux et d&rsquo;ajuster l&rsquo;offre d&rsquo;accueil par la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire d\u2019h\u00e9bergement, dont une large part sera d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux personnes handicap\u00e9es vieillissantes,<\/li><li>Satisfaire l&rsquo;attente des r\u00e9sidents <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/articles\/experts\/ehpad-lieu-de-vie-par-nature\/\">d&rsquo;habiter dans un v\u00e9ritable lieu de vie<\/a>, notamment dans le cadre d\u2019une approche dite domiciliaire,<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/articles\/experts\/ehpad-lieu-de-vie-par-nature\/\">Am\u00e9liorer la fonctionnalit\u00e9 des locaux professionnels, et ainsi la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail<\/a> du par Gerontim a repos\u00e9 sur 3 piliers principaux :<\/p><ul><li>Une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/prestations\/etude-besoins-opportunites\/\">\u00e9tude approfondie des besoins du territoire<\/a> permettant de <strong>clarifier les enjeux du projet et d\u2019identifier les pistes pertinentes<\/strong>,<\/li><li>Une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/prestations\/etude-faisabilite-architecturale\/\">\u00e9tude de faisabilit\u00e9 architecturale<\/a> pour optimiser les espaces tout en maintenant la <strong>qualit\u00e9 architecturale du projet<\/strong>,<\/li><li>Une \u00e9tude financi\u00e8re afin de confirmer la <strong>viabilit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique de cette restructuration<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><p>Les Autorit\u00e9s ayant souhait\u00e9 que le projet tienne compte d&rsquo;une absence de financement par le PAI et d&rsquo;une diminution de l&rsquo;aide du Conseil D\u00e9partemental, l\u2019\u00e9tude de faisabilit\u00e9 architecturale avait notamment pour objectif d&rsquo;atteindre cette r\u00e9duction de co\u00fbt.<\/p><p><em>\u00ab L\u2019un des aspects que nous avons le plus appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 lors de l\u2019accompagnement Gerontim a \u00e9t\u00e9 la grande \u00e9coute des consultants. L\u2019approche collaborative a permis un r\u00e9el partage d\u2019id\u00e9es, et a rendu notre projet conforme aux attentes de notre Conseil d\u2019Administration. \u00bb<\/em><\/p><p>Les \u00e9quipes de l\u2019EHPAD ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 impliqu\u00e9es dans ce projet au travers de r\u00e9unions permettant de recueillir leurs besoins. Les \u00e9changes men\u00e9s avec Gerontim ont repos\u00e9 sur un travail collaboratif tr\u00e8s enrichissant, qui nous a permis de mettre en lumi\u00e8re les atouts et les failles de l\u2019EHPAD pour faire avancer notre projet architectural. \u00bb<\/em><\/p><p>\u00c0 la suite de cette collaboration, la direction de l\u2019EHPAD l\u2019Ermitage a \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7u \u00e0 plusieurs reprises par les Autorit\u00e9s pour d\u00e9fendre le projet, qui devrait se concr\u00e9tiser \u00e0 horizon
