href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/jorf\/id\/JORFTEXT000050731558\">d\u00e9cret publi\u00e9 au Journal officiel le 5 d\u00e9cembre 2024<\/a> vient pr\u00e9ciser les <strong>conditions de publication des rapports d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de la qualit\u00e9<\/strong> des \u00e9tablissements et services sociaux et m\u00e9dico-sociaux, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l&rsquo;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/codes\/article_lc\/LEGIARTI000036393976\/2019-07-29\">article L. 312-8 du Code de l&rsquo;action sociale et des familles (CASF)<\/a>. Ce texte, qui entre en vigueur le 1er avril 2025, marque une \u00e9tape importante dans la transparence et l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/articles\/experts\/ameliorer-demarche-qualite-en-ehpad\/\">am\u00e9lioration continue de la d\u00e9marche qualit\u00e9<\/a> des structures.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-1e2b59f elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"1e2b59f\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-fb139de\" data-id=\"fb139de\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c5ba3e9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c5ba3e9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Des \u00e9valuations pour renforcer la transparence<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-db6f174 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"db6f174\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>D\u00e8s avril 2025, la Haute Autorit\u00e9 de Sant\u00e9 (HAS) devra publier sur son site internet les r\u00e9sultats des rapports d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/prestations\/auto-evaluation-qualite-esms\/\">\u00e9valuation de la qualit\u00e9<\/a> transmis par les ESSMS. Ces publications suivront un d\u00e9lai de 90 jours apr\u00e8s r\u00e9ception des documents, et incluront :<\/p><ul><li><strong>Une \u00e9chelle de qualit\u00e9<\/strong>, refl\u00e9tant le niveau de performance atteint par la structure,<\/li><li><strong>Une fiche d&rsquo;identit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement ou du service,<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Une extraction du rapport d\u2019\u00e9valuation<\/strong>, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par la HAS elle-m\u00eame.<\/li><\/ul><p>Les deux derniers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/articles\/actus\/resultat-evaluation-qualite-qualiscope\/\">r\u00e9sultats d\u2019\u00e9valuation de chaque structure<\/a> seront disponibles en ligne.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-7384558 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"7384558\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-ff7a5fa\" data-id=\"ff7a5fa\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-300a62d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"300a62d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Affichage obligatoire dans les locaux des structures<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f576cba elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f576cba\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En plus de cette publication en ligne, les structures devront \u00e9galement afficher de mani\u00e8re visible dans leurs locaux une <strong>fiche synth\u00e9tique des r\u00e9sultats de leur derni\u00e8re \u00e9valuation<\/strong>, t\u00e9l\u00e9chargeable depuis le site de la HAS. Cet affichage devra \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 dans un d\u00e9lai maximum de <strong>quatre mois apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9ception des r\u00e9sultats<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En compl\u00e9ment, les usagers ou leurs repr\u00e9sentants auront le droit de consulter, sur demande, l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 des rapports d\u2019\u00e9valuation. Les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019acc\u00e8s seront d\u00e9finies dans le r\u00e8glement de fonctionnement de chaque structure.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-4c55e35 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"4c55e35\" data-element_type=\"section\" pr\u00e9cis<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f6119e3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f6119e3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Bien que l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur g\u00e9n\u00e9rale soit pr\u00e9vue pour avril 2025, le d\u00e9cret pr\u00e9voit des dispositions transitoires pour les rapports transmis avant cette date :<\/p><ul><li>Les r\u00e9sultats des \u00e9valuations r\u00e9alis\u00e9es entre janvier 2023 et avril 2025 seront publi\u00e9s sur le site de la HAS entre juillet et novembre 2025.<\/li><li>Les structures devront afficher dans leurs locaux les r\u00e9sultats de leur derni\u00e8re \u00e9valuation avant le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2025.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
