relative \u00e0 la protection des enfants<\/a> a modifi\u00e9 l\u2019article L. 311-8 du CASF, pr\u00e9voyant la fixation par d\u00e9cret du <strong>contenu minimal du projet d\u2019\u00e9tablissement ou de service<\/strong>. Ce <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/jorf\/id\/JORFTEXT000049224083\">d\u00e9cret a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 le 2 mars 2024 au Journal Officiel<\/a> et est entr\u00e9 en vigueur le 3 mars 2024.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-baf7bc4 elementor-section-stretched actu-texte elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"baf7bc4\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;stretch_section&quot;:&quot;section-stretched&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-c916c31\" data-id=\"c916c31\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d920e75 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d920e75\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le contenu minimal du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/prestations\/projet-etablissement-ou-service\/\">projet d&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement ou de service<\/a> doit d\u00e9sormais inclure les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants :<\/p><ul><li><strong>Les modalit\u00e9s de coordination et de coop\u00e9ration<\/strong> de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement ou du service avec d\u2019autres acteurs, qu&rsquo;ils soient physiques ou moraux, intervenant dans les missions exerc\u00e9es.<\/li><li>La <strong>d\u00e9marche interne de pr\u00e9vention et de lutte contre la maltraitance<\/strong> \u00e9tablie par la structure, qui devra pr\u00e9ciser dans son projet d\u2019\u00e9tablissement service <strong>les moyens de rep\u00e9rage des risques de maltraitance<\/strong> qu\u2019elle met en place, les <strong>modalit\u00e9s de signalement et de traitement des situations de maltraitance<\/strong>, ainsi qu\u2019un bilan annuel portant sur les situations survenues dans l\u2019\u00e9tablissement ou le service.<\/li><li>Les <strong>conditions d\u2019organisation et de fonctionnement de l\u2019ESMS<\/strong>. Le projet d\u2019\u00e9tablissement service doit notamment pr\u00e9senter le projet de l\u2019organisme gestionnaire, les \u00e9volutions majeures de la structure depuis sa cr\u00e9ation, les missions exerc\u00e9es avec leur cadre juridique et la mani\u00e8re dont elles r\u00e9pondent aux orientations d\u00e9partementales et r\u00e9gionales. Il doit \u00e9galement d\u00e9crire le profil des personnes accompagn\u00e9es, sp\u00e9cifier les cat\u00e9gories de professionnels impliqu\u00e9s, les plans de formation adapt\u00e9s aux publics accompagn\u00e9s, et le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, les modalit\u00e9s de supervision des professionnels et b\u00e9n\u00e9voles.<\/li><li>Les <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/articles\/experts\/reussir-son-evaluation-medico-sociale\/\">crit\u00e8res d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation et de qualit\u00e9<\/a><\/strong>. Le projet doit notamment d\u00e9finir les objectifs d&rsquo;\u00e9volution, de progression et de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/articles\/experts\/ameliorer-demarche-qualite-en-ehpad\/\">d\u00e9veloppement de la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;accompagnement<\/a> au sein de l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement ou du service, dans le respect des <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/codes\/article_lc\/LEGIARTI000038888191\">recommandations de bonnes pratiques professionnelles<\/a>.<\/li><li>Les services de l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement ou du service social ou m\u00e9dico-social o\u00f9 des soins palliatifs sont dispens\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Les mesures mises en place conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/prestations\/cpom-contrat-pluriannuel-objectifs-moyens\/\">Contrats Pluriannuels
