de la m\u00e9tropole dans le cadre du S\u00e9gur de l\u2019investissement pour les ann\u00e9es 2022 et 2023 s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8vent respectivement \u00e0 247,5 millions d\u2019euros et 232,5 millions d\u2019euros. Le sentiment d'\u00eatre chez soi<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-db6f174 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"db6f174\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Dans une logique d\u2019<strong>approche domiciliaire<\/strong>, les nouveaux projets architecturaux devront obligatoirement prendre en compte des conditions de personnalisation et d\u2019intimit\u00e9 pour les r\u00e9sidents.<\/p><p>Cette logique est d\u2019autant plus importante pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l\u2019attente principale des r\u00e9sidents d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui et encore plus de demain\u00a0: <strong>se sentir chez soi partout<\/strong>. Une question d\u2019avenir largement investie par Gerontim notamment sur la mani\u00e8re\u00a0d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/articles\/experts\/ehpad-lieu-de-vie-par-nature\/\">user de l\u2019architecture pour faire de l\u2019EHPAD un v\u00e9ritable lieu de vie<\/a>.<\/p><p>A ce titre, l\u2019obtention d\u2019une classification de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 incendie de type J\u00a0comme stipul\u00e9 dans l\u2019instruction, simplifie justement la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un <strong>environnement proche du domicile<\/strong>. L'ouverture vers l'ext\u00e9rieur<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f576cba elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f576cba\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Qu\u2019elle soit organisationnelle ou architecturale, l\u2019ouverture vers l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur permet le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/articles\/experts\/role-projet-vie-animation-ehpad\/\">maintien des liens sociaux des r\u00e9sidents<\/a> dans leur environnement<\/strong> (notamment aupr\u00e8s des associations et commer\u00e7ants), et devient un imp\u00e9ratif pour tout EHPAD pr\u00e9voyant une construction, reconstruction ou r\u00e9habilitation.<\/p><p>Afin de pr\u00e9voir comment cette ouverture vers l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur s\u2019articulera au sein du projet, Gerontim conseille \u00e0 tout \u00e9tablissement de r\u00e9aliser une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/prestations\/etude-faisabilite-architecturale\/\">\u00e9tude de faisabilit\u00e9<\/a> au pr\u00e9alable. \u00c0 l\u2019issue de cette r\u00e9flexion, vous serez \u00e0 m\u00eame de d\u00e9finir, avec les porteurs de projet, <strong>comment les espaces seront partag\u00e9s avec le quartier et la ville<\/strong>, afin d\u2019int\u00e9grer la structure dans la vie communale et la rendre accessible \u00e0 tous.<\/p><p>\u00c0 titre d\u2019exemple, les <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pour-les-personnes-agees.gouv.fr\/actualites\/des-tiers-lieux-dans-les-ehpad\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tiers-lieux<\/a>, en plein d\u00e9veloppement notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019appel \u00e0 projets lanc\u00e9 par la CNSA, remplissent parfaitement ces conditions puisqu\u2019ils permettent l\u2019ouverture et la valorisation des \u00e9tablissements sur le territoire en favorisant le lien social.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-c93d175 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"c93d175\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-cf9a99b\" data-id=\"cf9a99b\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-788adb9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"788adb9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. La facilitation et discr\u00e9tion des soins<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-07ff0f4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"07ff0f4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>D\u00e8s 2023, chaque \u00e9tablissement accueillant des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es devra int\u00e9grer des locaux pour un <strong>p\u00f4le d\u2019activit\u00e9 et de soins adapt\u00e9s (PASA)<\/strong>, pour une labellisation imm\u00e9diate ou future. En attendant sa labellisation, cet espace devra accueillir une autre activit\u00e9 d\u00e9di\u00e9e au soin des r\u00e9sidents.<\/p><p>Convaincu depuis des ann\u00e9es de leur utilit\u00e9 au sein de l\u2019EHPAD, Gerontim a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 pour plusieurs \u00e9tablissements des <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerontim.com\/fr\/realisations\/restructuration-extension-ehpad-65-lits\/\">espaces pour les PASA<\/a><\/strong>, et conseille \u00e0 toute structure d\u00e9sirant entamer d\u00e8s 2022 un projet architectural de pr\u00e9voir la possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper un espace d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019accueil de r\u00e9sidents atteints de maladie neurod\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rative.<\/p><p>Toujours dans cette id\u00e9e de faciliter le soin, et en fonction des besoins de chaque territoire, la nouvelle instruction favorise \u00e9galement la <strong>labellisation d\u2019unit\u00e9 d\u2019h\u00e9bergement renforc\u00e9e (UHR)<\/strong>.
