strengthen the connection between the 2 structures. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the upper floors, <strong>creation<\/strong> of 9 special units designed for persons suffering of Dementia, subdivided into 3 units on each of 3 floors and including 1 unit for clients with severe behavioural disorders. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The rooms measure between
