in origin (19<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> century), now has 3 wings <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Saint-Joseph <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">with 56 beds<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Les Maisonn\u00e9es <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">with 42 beds<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Saint-Vincent <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">with 51 beds<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">)<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saint-Vincent<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> wing<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which was built in 1984, was nevertheless not compatible with the requirements. It was therefore subjected to <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>restructuring<\/strong> and <strong>extension<\/strong> work<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> conducted between 2007 and 2013.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Following these operations, the <strong>nursing home<\/strong> now has a total care capacity of 160 beds and places:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">138 long-term beds for permanent clients (including 19 specifically dedicated to persons with <strong>Dementia<\/strong>)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">13 long-term beds for temporary clients (including 2 specifically dedicated to persons with Dementia)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 day-care places<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5 studio apartments providing accommodation<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project for the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">St-Vincent<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> wing, which will ultimately have a capacity of <\/span>58 beds<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, provides for:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A 3-floor extension to be built onto the St-Vincent wing<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The doubling in number of the existing rooms and an increase in their size to 25-26 m\u00b2, as well as the <strong>creation<\/strong> of new rooms measuring 22 m\u00b2 (thanks to the recovery of unsuitable rooms and a 3-bed increase in capacity)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The creation, on the residential floors, of a central living area for events and activities, organized around a \u201ccentral transitional space, that is glazed and flooded with light\u201d (with patio), \u201cflowing and open\u201d<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The creation on the ground floor of attractive shared spaces and the creation of a strong link to the outdoor leisure areas (by making them more accessible)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The redistribution and creation of care office, logistic rooms and staff areas<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
